Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with State Spring Service. It’s our goal to deliver the highest quality replacement parts and certify your vehicle is running accordingly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return my item(s)?

How will I be refunded?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.) You will then receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Am I responsible for shipping costs when I return my item(s)?

Yes, you are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How fast do you receive parts?

Orders typically arrive between one to two business days.

If I break down, will you come pick me up?

Currently, we do not offer towing services to customers.

Do you install lift kits on pick-up trucks?

We do not install lift kits. However, if you find your truck needs help staying level under a load, we can add extra leaves to springs or install a helper kit.

If I have a broken leaf in my spring pack, is it possible to only replace the broken leaf? Or should the whole spring pack be replaced?

If the other leaves in the spring pack are in good condition, we can simply replace the broken leaf.

How can I keep my truck from dropping too low when it is loaded?

There are two things we can do. First, we can install extra leaves in the springs to manage the additional weight. This is recommended if your truck is frequently under load. Secondly, we can install a helper kit to carry any additional weight.
